They didn't address anythingThey told me it was a non smoking room as I requestedAs far as the bugs they ignored any complains I made towards the issueNobody wants to wake up with bugs crawling on themThey may say they were busy but every time I came down they were just sitting on their computerI expect a refund from them for the nastiness of their rooms and the poor customer service I received.
