is located in *** but then request repayments to be made to an address in *** Virginia odd to say the least , then demanded a title be sent overnight to show ownership of the car His demands were so adamant that he placed many advertisement notices claiming scams to convince us to do so all within a few days after purchase! this of course presents possibilities of an overseas scam where people pay for low-price car that has high-value overseas ,receive the title and then resell it overseas to several other people for huge profit never having intention to pick the car up ..his statement is full of misrepresentation and lies .no title can be provided until the proper paperwork has been signed and returned In compliance with state and federal law also we have been at this whole time In touch with the Dealer board to make sure that our actions are in line with their requirement, which they areMr*** posted untrue statements misrepresenting the position of himself and myself and Newriverimports causing untold damage to my good reputation which we intend to seek damages from a court of law we are now making attempts to contact any commanding officer this man may have, if he is truly a marine as he claims and file a complaint against him for conduct un Becoming a marineFortunately at this day and time and Internet sales questionable buyers are, I hope this resolves any questions you may have thank you davidbeasley new river Imports--

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The business's reply is non responsive, riddled with inaccuracies and unsubstantiated innuendo of potential fraud. The business was provided with $by bank transfer on JanThe business provided no documentation until Feb and only after I requested my funds be returnedThe "documents" provided for signature were crude photos of a sales contract positioned on a another pile of papers taken with a cell phone camera and forwarded via the "whatsap" message application. At no time did I refuse to sign any paperworkThe dealer never provided a receipt for my funds, proof of issuing temporary license plates, or having issued a temporary registration as required by VA code or that he had applied for a title issuance. Research on the business shows that the dealer has a lengthy history of procedural/documentation violations and has been cited/fined by the VA DMV for these violationsCommunication with the business has been extremely difficult as their written messages are incoherent to the point of being almost incomprehensibleFor example, the business demanded on or about the 3rd of February that documentation be provided by the 9th of January and then appeared to threaten to not return my funds if that impossible parameter was not metAt the time of this writing (almost two weeks after the deal was cancelled) the business has still not returned my funds. My request is simple, I want my funds backThe business has been provided with all the documentation that they have requested to process a refund and an address (my daughters) in the United States that will accept service from all of the express mail services (FEDEX etc).
