Bucky's Express - Store #409

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
They didn't address anything. They told me it was a non smoking room as I requested. As far as the bugs they ignored any complains I made towards the issue. Nobody wants to wake up with bugs crawling on them. They may say they were busy but every time I came down they were just sitting on their computer. I expect a refund from them for the nastiness of their rooms and the poor customer service I received.  Regards,[redacted]
