We have been in business since 1986 and I don’t think we have had anyone complain to the Revdex.com, but having said that like you said every business is bound to have a few complaints. Please see attached contract signed front and back by [redacted]. We call all of our customerson...

Monday or Tuesday the week of their event to let them know what day we will deliver their equipment, When we called to let [redacted], know what day we would be delivering his equipment he said that is fine, but can you deliver it after 1:30pm and we said no problem, So [redacted] at Bucky’s Rentals made a note to deliver after 1:30pm, and we did. [redacted] never said anything about picking up after 1:30pm to [redacted] at Bucky’s in the office. ([redacted] said that he told the driver) that we couldn’t pick up until after 1:30pm. I asked the driver and he said that he never said anything about picking up after 1:30. Please see the contract delivery times and the contract pick up times. We always have a specific delivery time and pick up time in the upper right corner if we are to deliver and pick up at specific times. We will also charge a priority del or pick up charge if they need special drop off and pick up. If we have the customers telling the drivers what time we should deliver and pick up it would be very chaotic. We need to stick to what the contract says. Please see # 17 on the second page, this says No verbal statements , assumptions or understandings will change or amend this agreement. We returned for pick up and no one was home , and then a 2nd time, and then on the third attempt we picked up the equipment. I also sent [redacted] an email telling him that I’m willing to work with him because he said that he wasn’t happy with the condition of the tables, I never want a customer to go away upset. His response was you will need to talk to my attorney, and then I get a letter from the Revdex.com. We did 300 separate jobs in the month of June and everyone of those jobs have specific del and pick up times or day on the contract, I feel that we communicate very well with our customers. I just want to get this resolved in a timely manner, and of course I don’t want any complaints to show on the Revdex.com. Please contact me if you need further information. Thank you, [redacted]

Review: I was charged a pick-up fee of $90.00. I attempted to schedule a pick-up time twice, and also told the bucky rental truck driver that a drop off after 1:30 on weekdays would be fine. The secretary at bucky rentals and the truck driver both said I would not be charged an additional pick up fee. Communication has been difficult since beginning this service. The $90.00 fee also doesn't take into account the $130.00 I've already paid. The charge is not accurate. I received no verification of either of their supposed pick-ups. The secretary said the tables and chairs would be picked up at THEIR convenience at no extra cost to me. Also, one table was broken in center upon arrival. Chairs were rusty. The rented product looked nothing like the pictures on the bucky rental website.Desired Settlement: Bucky Rental's dismisses these additional costs.
