What we did was needed and what he now needs is also necessary.  But, I will gladly offer to repair this customers vehicle at a discounted rate of 50% off the needed service.  Thanks, Dennis.

Thank you for the opportunity to reply to this false and erroneous complaint.  First off they did NOT pay $475.00 for brake repair, it was $296.  Secondly  the shop manager and myself emailed them multiple times offering to inspect it for free. The manager also left voice mails...

offering the same.  They have been posting negative reviews in an attempt to blackmail us into refunding money for the job we did.  They are welcome to return to any of our 16 locations to fix and repair the issue.

I am sorry to hear about this issue.  I will gladly consider some form of compensation if I can see the invoices/estimate from the other shop.  It can be emailed to me at [redacted] or fax to [redacted].  Thanks.

this response because: Mr. A[redacted] has asked me to forward documents to him concerning this issue.   My response is the following:
The non-profit organization did not give me a written document stating repairs that did not have to be done....I do not know of any shop that would give a customer a list of items that DO NOT have to be repaired.  
Mr. A[redacted] can verify my complaint by using Bucky's computer system....Jan 2016 I paid for power steering flush at Lynnwood store.....May 2016 Everett store serviced my car with oil change and issued a list of repairs to be done, which included the flush.  The additional repairs can be debated and I can not prove wrong doing; however, when you have documented repair dispute within the Bucky's organization all additional repairs suggested must come into question.
THIS is the issue - Everett Bucky's got caught in trying to get UNNECESSARY car services from a NEW unknowing customer.   ONE service that would cost over $100 - multiple that by ? customers and Bucky's has created a cash cow.   Bucky's can say they have done the service (because it did not have to be done) and come away with free cash.   Maybe each Bucky's store has a repair rate that must be accomplished each month; therefore, shops that do not get specific services from customers are demoted or dismissed.  I know of one popular repair shop that puts high pressure on employees to get monthly performance rates.   Only Mr. A[redacted] knows what standards and customer values he has set for his stores.
I believe the unethical practices performed by Everett store employees must be addressed, why are stores preforming repairs not necessary and gaining large profits from unknowing customers.Sincerely,Carolyn Kenney

Thank you for the opportunity to review and respond to this complaint.  After reviewing this issue it is unfortunate, but true, the customer failed to maintain her vehicle and allowed it to run without oil.  Her engine, like any other vehicle, needs to have the oil changed and fluids...

checked at the owners manual and/or dealer recommended intervals.  Had she done this she would not be in this situation.  I do feel for her and can give her another motor with 20% of parts and labor. If this is acceptable please let us know.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: When I initially drive my vehicle off there lot at the Auburn location, it didn't drive right. Any person who actually took the time to do the job right and then test drive it, would have realized this, however it was released to me, and u drove it home, at which point it broke down , and Buckys sent Genes towing to tie it back. I was not compensated for this, but was told it actually wasn't ready to go, it needed a transmission. Wally told me it would be another $675. I agreed and then he called and said he fixed it , at no extra cost but didn't say what was wrong. So I picked it up, and paid him the remainder of what was owed. My car was broken into twice while it was there as well and parts taken out that Walky said was replaced. By insurance. So, because I thought he was a nice guy, I even said I would come back and tip him. Then 8 months later, and he states it because I didn't put oil in it? No one advised me of this just like when I drove it off the lot the first time and it broke down. I want a full refund! They never did the job right. I also kept having an issue with what they said was a radiator tanks overflow that kept making my car overheat, I drove back like last month and the said I didn't need to put more water in it, the hose was loose and they fixed it. Did they just break the gauge? Because now the engine blew! At least before I took it to Buckys I was getting a message off my dash that I needed to cool my car off. The dial would go from the middle to the h, and smoke. I would put water in the radiator and it would cool. Never once did they call me to tell me they ordered that part (the overflow on the radiator) to do that job right, which I think is part of the engine-not sure. I understand the customers frustration but unfortunately as vehicles get older they develop more and more issues.  I am sorry her transmission is bad but we are not a transmission repair shop and did nothing to her transmission.  If she would like to sell me the car I will give her...

routine timing belt replacement. My vehicle was towed from Bellingham to the Everett Bucky's where I was told that the cause of the 'Check Engine' light was a "computer issue".  I later learned that the valves had been damaged.  You did not respond to the multiple letters I sent you in 2016, though I verified with your office you received them.  The total cost to fix the damage caused by your company is $2,695.58.  I have not received payment and you have not honored our agreement.

Thank you for the opportunity to reply to this complaint as it is our policy to do so in a timely manner.  In regards to this matter I understand the frustration of the customer but we did not cause the vehicle to be damaged.  There is no reason why we should be compensating the customer...

because it needs further repairs but we have offered to fix the vehicle at a discounted rate.  Regards, [redacted]
