I am rejecting this response because:I never received either of the items that were claimed to have been sent in the mail in order to cancel my membershipWhen I initially reached out to ATPE and spoke to someone on 12/23, I confirmed that I would be refunded for being charged for the months I was unaware I was even enrolled in ATPEThe direct quote from the email was "Good morning ***, since you were in a rollover district we rolled you over for the 17-year. However, I have cancelled your membership as of today and will put in a request for refund with our Accounting department which could take up to a few weeks to cancel. In the meantime, please contact your payroll office and ask them to stop your ATPE deductions." At that point I hadn't been charged for the month that I was refunded for, so if I wasn't able to be refunded, I'm not sure why this employee said he put in a refund requestIt is ridiculous that this company is relying on a letter in the mail that I never received to keep charging my credit card for something that I didn't approve of.
