Person who is Answering the Complaint *** *Owner of the EstablishmentI have received this complaint on December 11th I am kind of familiar with this situation based on what I've heard from my hostess and waitress.First of all my restaurant is public place and we have no problem serving
respectful paying customers without looking to their color, ethnicity and religion.When it comes to answer her main complaint, she needs to address her concerns to coupon book company who she paid to buy that coupon book because on that coupons you can just mention so much about the restrictionsBut I have right to refuse her request in couple of ways first of she can't use coupons in visit, second of she wanted to use her coupons on free kids meal without kids being presentBasically she had no right to use that coupons to begin with since kids were not presentAs I said before there is so much to put on the coupons as restriction wise but space is limitedWe are honoring an kinds of coupons on regular basis, this is the first time I am witnessing such of requestI don't know this response would be good enough for that person who made this complaint but I am not running my business to give for free.I give Revdex.com permission to publish this on their website if they wish and I am refusing to answer ongoing complaints by this person
