Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First off their was a mutual agreement to a set price before the car was to be driven down 2nd off I did not expressly say that if the car drove fine I would still not buy itThis is a made up assumption on the car dealers partI said if the car drives fine I will most likely buy it like any reasonable person wouldWhen they like a car they buy itAs far as the gas card, that was an option they (the dealer) made after they realized they dissatisfied their customer (me)

We apologize for any misunderstanding however, we were told by the customer that he was not committed on buying the car even if he liked the way it droveI understand everyone wants to drive a car before they purchase it but we needed to have reached a sale price pending test drive before we sent our salesman hours round trip to do soIf the option of sending a gas card in advanced for driving over would of been given to us we would of done so to earn his business but he failed to offer that and stopped answering our phone callsThank you
