Four years ago they put in all new laments flooring in my house due to water damages. At first the floors looked good now I'm noticing they aren't looking so good. I was told by another flooring co. That the floor wasn't installed properly. The contractor that hired them came to look and took pictures. Bud pulleys said if the floor started to buckle worse in the next couple years they would look at it again. In other words if you let them put your floor in don't expect it to last. Was really disappointed in there reply but kind of expected it.
After flooring was completed I found a small flaw. I have called and left voice mails to the salesman who handled my transaction. I never received an answer from him.
I was very disappointed with the company. I paid the bill as soon as the job was completed per my contract with them.
