Review: I was charged $350.00 for a towing that was appx 1 mile away When picking up the vehicle the man said well take a seat laughing and handed me the bill 350.00 I was upset I was towed because of an incorrect reason from the condo complex a mile away! I said this was crazy! he laughed again ! I was disputing a fact about it was not a commercial vehicle!! he said you could be ticketed for having my name on it! I said I was a police officer and I knew what I was talking about! he laughed again and said well that explains it that I was a wise guy!! His secretary was also inconsiderate ! I was treated horribly when I called to say I was 2 min away and asked if they could wait it was 4:45 they closed at 5:00 When I finally picked up the vehicle it was in a lot the front wheel was over a log that I could hardly get it out! everything in the vehicle was turned upside down and all over the cab area!! I have a vehicle towed in NYC and it wasn't close to this amount! it was towed at 11:00am on a monday not an emergency or odd hour!Desired Settlement: I want an apology and a billing adjustment
