I have just received information about a complaint that you have with usI would like to resolve itI am having a hard time reaching you and also finding the information that you included in your complaintIt greatly helps on this end to have the last four numbers of the card that you usedAlso
was it a *** or ***?My procedure when we have a discrepancy is to explain the process and to get the last four # along with other pertinent information including how to get in touch with the customersometimes there is a pending amount that doesn't drop off as it should or takes a little bit longer to drop offIn your case I am not yet able to verify the information so if you will contact my assistant ***, we will be happy to make this right as always have in the pastI am leaving for weeks otherwise I would take care of this myselfI am not sure what happened when you called but I do not laugh at customers and treat all problems wit respect and timelinessI do have a number of new employees and sometimes mistakes are madeMy apologies for any difficulties and for feeling you weren't being taken seriouslyI want to resolve this immediately-your business is important to me and to the store.
