I am responding to the complaint that Ms [redacted] has filed with the Revdex.comWhen Ms [redacted] purchased the Dodge Durango on Feb 13, she was very happy with the vehicleIn the next few days she contacted the manager and said there was on oil leakAs a goodwill gesture we had her bring the vehicle in and repaired vehicleUnfortunately it did take a couple visits to cure the problemWe sell all of our vehicle Ms [redacted] has signed all documents pertaining to our AS-ISShe was also informed she could purchase a warranty through an outside company on her date of purchase but she declinedWe also have documentationAs far as the ticking noise on the vehicle that has happened after we had repaired vehicleMs [redacted] is liable for all repairs on this vehicleWe have been in business for almost years.As of today Ms [redacted] is behind on her car payments and technically can be found in defaultThere is nothing we can do for her at this pointAs far as me dodging Ms [redacted] that is untrueShe is not happy with what I have told herI have tried to explain to her we can not fix something that was not a problem to begin withThank you for your time, if you have any questions please feel free to call me at 351- Thank you Marilyn [redacted] General Manager

I would like a refund if they are nit willing to repair my vehicle the proper way
