This company used to pick up our trash years agoThey were on my bill pay account and I recently accidently paid them $for trash pick up instead of our regular trash pick upThey do not provide this service to usI have printed off proof that they cashed the checkI have mailed them proof that they cashed it and have also called them and left messages on their answering machine requesting a refund as they do no pick up our trash and I explained to them what had happenedThey will not respond to me at allAlso, they owes us a refund for month of serviceThe reason we had to find someone else to pick up our trash is because they didn't pick it up for a month and it was paid

We were not behind on payingWe were never behind and the Revdex.com bureau should be aware that if we were behind then why did they pick up for months but not the 3rd month when you pay for monthsThis is
an excuse so they don't have to refund the moneyAlso, when we called several time to why they weren't picking it up they never returned our calls to provide us with a reasonThey shouldn't even be in businessTheir customer service is horribleI did receive the $but nothing for the month of December when they didn't pick up our trash and we ended up having to call another company because we couldn't even get a response from themIf they would have refunded our $last year I wouldn't even had worried about the $but since I had to go to the Revdex.com to get my refund I want it all nowNot giving in
