*** *** *** *** **Blue Federal Credit Union formally known as Warren Federa CU has poor payment practicesWhen you make a payment they don't credit to your account until days later after taking your money then they fraudulently report negative information to your credit reportI am requesting this be deleted from my credit reportsBlue Federal Credit Union continues to discriminate against minorities by adding negative information to credit reportTheir poor payment processing practices are against the lawBecause I am black they refuse to cooperate and are extremely rudeThey must correct my credit report
To whom it may concern:In response to the Revdex.com Compliant received by *** *** Warren Federal Credit Union has reviewed Mr***’s account and the other activities surrounding the compliant. Warren Federal Credit Union has had no security breaches as notated within the
member’s compliant. On May 21, 2015, a payoff check for another member came in with the wrong account number printed on the check. The erroneous account number was that of Mr***’s. The check was processed and paid against Mr***’s outstanding balance on his vehicle loan. On June 4, 2015, Mr*** called into Warren FCU’s call center with the purpose of asking about the loan balance. At that time, not knowing of the clerical error, the Call Center Representative told Mr*** that the account was paid off. In August of 2015, a call by the other member helped to identify the error that had occurred. Due to that call, research was conducted and the erroneous deposit of $13,was reversed from Mr***’s account Warren FCU’s Lending Manager contacted Mr*** and notified him of the clerical error. Furthermore, the Lending Manager negated interest to the benefit of Mr*** for the time period of May and August. Due to personal events, Mr*** requested to have the Lending Manager leave his contact information on his home phone in order for Mr*** to contact him at a later date. However the Credit Union had not heard from Mr*** until the receipt of this Revdex.com Compliant.Mr***’s desired settlement was for the credit union to simply write-off his missed payments. Although the credit union would have been unable to have prevented the initial clerical error as it was outside of our control, as a good faith effort the Credit Union has paid the sum of $on his loan

I am rejecting this response because: Due to the fact that, yes, it was reomoved, but prior to that I was under the impression I was returning the vehicle due to it being listed as a bankruptcy, so I had purchased a different vehicle I cannot afford to pay to car loans, I have paid $8,in payments, yet the balance due on the account is still the same as the purchase price I would like to offer to sell the vehicle and pay $2,in payments, to settle this matter As I stated, I cannot pay two car payments and insurance on vehicles I have my bills I pay on my own- rent, utilites, phone, a car payment, and $60,in student loans that I have in forebearance at this time that I will be starting to may payments on I cannot afford to end up having my wages garnished I am willing to make this offer, but not paying a full $13,as my payments, the majority of them, and the balance on this account is probably interest

Blue Federal credit union has never produced and true details on why they posted my payment days lateThey only provide a theory of several employees There are numerous complaints from other customers for this same issue of not reporting payments timelyI am not accepting their response because I called them on the phone, made a payment and it took them days to post to my account
May 22, Mr***: Thank you for the opportunity to address your concernsWe researched your loan documents and it appears that your retail installment sale contract, retail purchase agreement, title application and mandatory full coverage automobile insurance agreement were
signed by you on 03/06/The auto dealer selling you this vehicle is responsible for providing you with copies of these loan documentsYour signed retail installment sale contract confirms that the contract start date is 3/6/For example, your first payment was due 4/20/17, which is the standard days after the 3/6/contract dateEven though your loan request was funded on 3/24/17, you acknowledged this contract start date via your signature and your timely first payment. Your retail installment sale contract and insurance agreement both state that you are required to provide and maintain full coverage on your vehicle “at all times” for the term of the contractThis insurance must cover our interests in the vehicleYour retail installment sale contract also states, “If you do not have this insurance, we may, if we choose, buy physical damage insurance” (Your Other Promises to Us, 2d-page 3)You stated in your complaint that you provided insurance coverage on 4/10/17, which was more than 30-days after your 3/6/contract dateYou also referenced having received a number of notices regarding your insurance coverage lapse (3/6-4/10/17)These notices were intended as timely reminders and to inform you of your obligation under the contractIt would appear that these facts provide an indication that the CPI insurance added on your behalf was not fraudulentHowever regarding your desired settlement, Blue FCU has taken steps to grant a waiver and refund of the $CPI charged against your loan, as a gesture of goodwillThis refund will tentatively occur by Wednesday, 5/24/We hope this action is sufficient to satisfy your concerns
Blue FCU contacted the member on After reviewing her concerns in detail, along with some of the elements that may have led to the complaint, an agreement was reachedIt was agreed upon that Blue FCU would refund the $115, and that these funds would be placed in the mail by the end of the
business dayThe member was highly satisfied with this resolution
The complaint received 4/30/regarding Case ID# *** included a desired settlement of allowing the member to setup automatic loan payments by credit card with no feeBlue FCU does allow no fee advances from its own credit cards which can be processed by phone or onlineAs a solution and
delivery of the member’s desired solution, Blue FCU will contact the member to see if the member is interested in obtaining a Blue FCU credit cardIf so, the member can apply for a Blue FCU credit card to take advantage of the Blue FCU credit card no advance fees benefitsBlue FCU will provide a waiver of the May credit card advance fee for the loan payment transfer using his non-Blue credit cardThe Credit Union will also reach out to the businesses that the member used to obtain his loan and insure they have correct informationIn conclusion, these actions should provide the member with the desired settlement
