We spoke with the customer in [redacted] and offered a payment plan. The customer had a unpaid balance from a previous address, and was requesting a new connection. We do require full payment for a new connection, the customer was unhappy with...

this request so we attempted to work with the customer and provide a payment arrangement after an up front payment. This still did not suffice the customer unfortunately with the previous payment history of this customer we were not able to connect with no payment or payment arrangement.

Hello, per the information we have received from the owner of the property of 28 [redacted] the tenancy agreement was terminated as of Jan 31 2017 [redacted] was to move out by that date. Disconnection of service did not occur until Feb 17...

2017 which is well after [redacted] had notice to move out. As he is not the legal tenant Nova Scotia Power will not able to reconnect service for him. We would not provide compensation as [redacted] had sufficient notice provided that premise was to be vacated Jan 31 2017.
