When any vehicle comes into our shop with a no start condition,a diagnostic will be performed by one of our technicians.There is always a fee associated with this service. included is $163.85.I do not know where [redacted] came up with the $240.00 amount for the diagnosis fee . I also do not understand why I am receiving this complaint now, when the invoice was dated November 8th, 2016.I have a signed invoice from [redacted] authorizing the cost of diagnosis. What more do I need to do? I am sorry for any misunderstanding in this matter.
