Budd Oil Company

Review: My contract with Budd Oil was terminated on 11.21.2014. The supervisor, [redacted], stated that our outstanding credit of $1700+ would be refunded within 7 to 10 business days. When the refund was not received, on 12.16.2014 another employee, [redacted], stated it was mailed 12.13.2014. After numerous follow up calls with Budd Oil employees in [redacted] it was then stated that the refund check was being sent by corporate headquarters in Ct. When corporate in Ct was contacted on 12.23.2014, they stated that they did not receive a request to send a refund check by Budd Oil, NJ. Supervisor, [redacted], was contacted on 12.23.2014 with this and she gave her assurance that the refund check would be received by me by 01.02.2015. It was not received by 01.05.201, and [redacted] was again contacted. Now she stated that it was mailed from corporate, Ct. on 12.26.2014 and it should arrive shortly. Budd Oil has been dishonest and the refund check has still not been received. Now they state it will be received by 01.09.2015.

.Desired Settlement: I want my refund check for $1719.57 immediately without any more shenanigans by Budd Oil. Also their deceitful business practices should be stopped immediately.
