I took my GMC Sierra truck to Ray Miller RO:XXXXXX on 4/18/they ran a estimate about 2,098.oowhen I was informed it was engine work I mention I had a warranty coverage and I told them to fix what the warranty covered onlyAdvisor: 000028-*** contacted the warranty company and the warranty company had me send the all my oil changes receipts to make sure there was no neglect.then they had me sign a letter for my approval for the service department to break down the enginethe warrant have a to hour show up time and they came to the shop to give a estimatethe first time they arrived to Ray Miller services department who neglected to have broken down the engine to the point of repair so the warranty rep left requesting to call back for another appointment when they completed the break down of the engineI received a call from Ray Mi
