Ordered a side mirror for my Lincoln MKZThe wrong part arrived and I called to tell the salesman [redacted] I had been dealing withHe said he would call me right back and never didI called again and emailed him with no responseCalled and spoke to a [redacted] who refused to let me speak to a managerI had to research the company and find the general managers name ***Emailed him and asked for a refund which he ignored but he said he would make sure I got my partHe was a little unprofessional when I asked him about the shipping UPS did pick up the package a few days later and about days from ordering I did receive the correct partI would have rated them a but after I asked he said he would refund me $out of the $Haven't seen it hit my account yet but I'm assuming it willHe also apologized for the inconvenienceIf you do order from them beware of the sales teamThey obviously cover for each other and don't want to get the manager involvedNot a good way to do business or treat customersIn the end I got my part
