so far so good, this has been the 4th time I've visited buddy's and I'm very pleased with the friendly service [redacted] and [redacted] upfront explain things very well and they even provided me with a free loaner car
***, I want to start by saying I am sorry you were disappointed in the service you received at our shopWe do have a sign on our front counter indicating there is a half hour charge for all inspectionsYou also signed the bottom of a work sheet that also indicated the
chargeWe could have happily taken your $coupon for changing some fluids out based on maintenance, but after a complete inspection from a Master Tech that has worked in the industry for 30+ years at dealerships and independent shops we found much more important integral items to be taken care of for your safety and others driving around youYou were asked to only replace the gas you used on the loaner carI am glad your friend was able to fix some of the issues for a great priceIf you compare the prices apples to apples I am sure they are similar for the work recommendedI wish you the best of luck in the future
