Was promised a $bill credit for renewing my phone contractSasktel has reneged and denied this despite the fact I have it in writing from them
On Nov 20/I emailed Sasktel yo seek clarification on the price and contract details on a *** ** vs **They replied that there is a $bill credit when activating a new phoneNothing was said by them saying it is for new customers onlySo the next day I went to their dealer Jump, to get a new phone and sign a new year contractI showed the email to the agent at tge store and asked if the $credit applied to the phone I was asking about and he confirmed it was and that I would get the dealSo I signed the contract, this is Nov 21stThen on Dec 10, I get my wireless bill, no $credit on itI called Sasktel and they now said that deal is for new subscribers only and tough luck, my beef is with the Jump.ca Blairmore store in Saskatoon where I got the phoneI called Sasktel again the next day, again they wont help meS

Very bad cellular service in our areaConstant dropped call, single bar or no service at allWhen I complain to sasktel customer service I am told I live in a "remote are", which I DO NOTThey also tell me that I am in a fringe area for serviceWhy should an unorganized hamlet with no services like Griffin, Saskatchewan get service but a village like Fillmore, with RCMP! Fire department and ambulance get little to none I haveEven forced to take personal medical related phone calls in my backyard just to be able to hear what is being saidI have had dropped calls trying to phone sasktel to complainUpon getting through I have been denied repeated attempts to have this complaint escalated to a supervisor or manager***

The signage is wrong,no brochure to show extra amount on plan and failure to give me contract
On feb I started a new phone contact for there two year planThey had a *** on sale for $it was the 128gb phone.The display they had showed this price so I sign up for this dealI have other phones with them but there contract is not up yetFor this contract my old one was $dollors for 10gb and this new one is $with no differance to my serviceThere was also a activation fee for $dollars for the new phoneI was ok with all of that so I payed for the phone $the activation $This is where they stuck it to me they said the plan is $which was right but they also said the is a $dollor a month plus pricing for the phone for a total of $I ask why do I have to pay for this it dosent say anywhere on your display about thisThey pointed out at the very bottom of the display +10/month with plus pricing.conditions applyThis is right under protect your
