OMG I wish I had read the Revdex.com info before calling these guys!! They did not tell me before doing the work how much it would cost, even though they said that the tech would do that They charged $to rekey locks!! I complained because I am a real estate broker and know what this should cost They refused to reduce the price and did not answer their phone in the office afterward when I called about it I left a message that they did not return DONT USE THESE GUYS!!!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Called because I locked myself out of the house, just needed to unlock one doorThey said it would probably be around $50, took the tech minutes to get to my house, and then afterwards the total cost was $120! On top of that they said it was cash onlyI asked why it cost that much and they tried to say it was because it was the weekend and that they shouldn't even be unlocking doors, hello your suppose to be 24/Such a rip off, tech never told me what the cost was going to be, I could of just broken the door knob and bought a new one for half the cost!

Not a positive experience! Damaged metal entry door to the point it now needs to be replaced Attempted several times to reach a resolution for compensation/replacementIncompentant field and office staff Unable to obtain an address or a compentant person contact BAD STAY AWAY!!!!!!

This is Frank *** the listing agent from Keller *** I totally side with the buyer hereI listed the house and another agent brought the buyerThe buyer had a home inspectionThe seller, Martin ***, has been giving us the run aroundI am still trying to help the buyer get this
rectifiedThis is outside of my scope as a salesman but I really want justice here for the buyerI am happy to assist in anything to help the buyerI just talked to Martin *** again and told him I am filling out a complaint response about him and he promised me he will get it done
