I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.If a 30-minute charge is assessed for each vehicle 'inspected' customers should sign a form in advance in case they do not see the sign on the door. The $15 paid for as was NOT what I used. When I got the keys to the car the vehicle was on 'E' - therefore I didn't replace gas I used - I replaced gas for someone else...

so far so good, this has been the 4th time I've visited buddy's and I'm very pleased with the friendly service. [redacted] and [redacted] upfront explain things very well and they even provided me with a free loaner car.

We could have happily taken your $279 coupon for changing some fluids out based on maintenance, but after a complete inspection from a Master Tech that has worked in the industry for 30+ years at dealerships and independent shops we found much more important integral items to be taken care of for your safety and others driving around you. You were asked to only replace the gas you used on the loaner car. I am glad your friend was able to fix some of the issues for a great price. If you compare the prices apples to apples I am sure they are similar for the work recommended. I wish you the best of luck in the future.
