unprofessional not considerate of there cust. have u pay & u haven't received products in a timely manner won't issue refund & dont keep u informed
They take your money up front guarantee delivery within 7/14 business days if they have to order & 1/2 days if they already have the products I've had issues with both still no products & it's been 2months & they won't issue a refund only store credit but who wants store credit when they haven't even received there products yet then to top it off they tell you the prices after they've typed up the contract crazy right they have nice products but they are unprofessional & very inconsiderate of there customers there shouldn't be a no refund policy & if there is there should be an incentive for customers who have to wait months for there products or even weeks for there delivery

I've been leasing for a year now, and I opt out of auto-pay program fromthe very beginning. Everything was fine until the pandemic hit. Now for the past few months, I've spoken with 3 different people includingthe store manager about why they keep persisting on charging my card without authorization? I've had to order new debit cards twice because of this issue, because they would try to take a payment more than one time if I'm even a day late, which to my bank looks like fraudulent activity so they canceled my card and sent a new one. Which in the mean time means I can't spend anything on my card until I receive the new one because it's an online bank account only. Then that puts me in a bind for my other bills, which I also explained to them. The most recent incident was 2 weeks ago. Not only did they try to automatically take funds from my account the day my payment was due, but they also tried to charge it again for less than what my payment was for, I'm assuming to see if they could just get anything from me. Also, I get phone calls from the time they open, until they close on the day my payment is due, every time! I've reached out to corporate since, and waiting on a response for them. Depending on the response, I've been informed to contact an attorney regarding this issue.

On Wed Oct 23rd this location made a unauthorized charge on my account for four different amounts totalling 400 dollars. I spoke to the Manager Joey and he assured me that my money would be refunded after they picked up a washer and dryer that they were to suppose to pick up the Monday prior. Ive called,visited this location on several occasions and the staff as well as Joey has assured me that my money was refunded. I've contacted my bank PNC nothing has been credited. This company has acted unethical and has put my family in a financial bind with our rent. I have recorded conversations with each staff member as well as the Manager stating my money was refunded even a receipt and its been almost 2 weeks. All I want is our money back as promised before we move forward with further action making them fully responsible for any eviction notices that we have received as well as late fee.

This second time they used my card without my permission when I set up a payment arrangement with them on May 1st! Buddy's furniture took the money out my account to cause me overdraft!!!

delivery I was told would be between 10 and 2 no one came until 5 pm after multiple calls to cancel my request. They said they wouldn't cancle I was on my way to the *** nicu to see my granddaughter. They wantednto deliver the washer and dryer I told them I wasnt home that my underage daughter was home so they couldnt deliver at that time. They said she could sign at 15 with my consent. I was recently on maternity leave also took lwop. I told them I need to changenthw payment date they refused and came to pick up the washer and dryer said they cant wait for payment. No problem with that they picked up the washer and dryer. Still comtinue to charge my accout so far.241.36 they will notnreturn my calls they say the manager is not available the 888 number yhey have also does nothing after 24 hours I told them ifnthey counld give me a refund I would have to file tgis unauthorized transation as fraud. Still no call back

Buddys takes money from your account before the contract is complete and tells you You don't qualify then keeps your money that they deducted from your account. Then refuses to refund the deposit then deletes your information as though there is not a record of transactions. The bank keeps a record of all transaction
