took watch in to see about repair got watch back different ban and back on watch.late part of july took two watchs in . . Later discover stem to big and lose.That when saw band and back of the watch.No ID nothing on new back that they put on. No Logo on new band. New stem on [redacted] .that my complaintDesired Settlementwont the parts back that was on the watch when brough in .Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]We are very sorry for this complaint, however we take extensive records and pictures of every item taken in for repair. It is the same watch that Mr.[redacted] brought in. Our repairman spent a decent amount of time with Mr.[redacted] showing him the original pictures and explaining that his synthetic watch was just as he brought it in. One the other [redacted] watch which was brought in for a new stem, we will be glad to put another stem on this watch if he so desires. However, we did replace with a new stem and rendered the repairs that were asked of us to do. We are celebrating our 70th Anniversary for Buddy's Jewelry and we do not take items in and change their components unless stated.
