May 8, 2014Good Day:Attached please find a copy of our limited warranty, enclosed with the cover as well as listed on the bottom flap of the display box, which specifically states:Budge Industries, LLCWith its principle place of business at [redacted] *** [redacted] PA ***, warrants to the original purchaser that it will correct any defects in material or workmanship, from the original date of purchase, by repair or replacement of this car cover.To have this warranty honored, the original purchaser should return the cover postage paid, along with a copy of the receipt, to Budge Industries LLC., [redacted] , KY ***The repaired or replaced cover will be returned to the sender widays of its receipt.We do not offer that the product will last for the warranty period only that we will replace the product after the consumer returns the defective product to our manufacturing facility in [redacted] , KentuckyWe would be happy to replace ** [redacted] ’s cover if he adheres to the terms and conditions of our limited warranty, listed above.Unfortunately our policy does not allow for refunds, exchanges, upgrades or store credits to purchase another product; ** [redacted] should contact the place of purchase to receive a credit or refund.Best regards,BUDGE INDUSTRIES, LLC

We got bad information about a cover sizeWhen we received it, the cover did not fitI had even called before ordering just to make sure that I was getting the right sizeWhen we called customer service after it not fitting, they told us that they would send one that fits and that we could keep the one that didn't fit on the boat until we received the correct sized cover, and then return itThen they emailed us back saying that they won't send us a new one until we purchased a new cover and then we could return the old oneAfter ordering it, it arriving, and then preparing to return the old one, they told us we could no longer return the old one because it was past the one month return timeThis is unacceptable because we only had to return the original because of their error and we just wanted to exchange itNow we have paid for covers, with one not even fitting and unable to get our refundWe just want our money back for the original cover that doesn't fit due to their error! Also, it was at no point that we only had one month to return/exchange it

apologies for the inconvenience in being unable to reach a Customer Service Team Member. Our automated call answering system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week where [redacted] could hear our warranty policy or leave a message for a representative to return his call. Additionally Customer Service Team Members are available to answer A return calls Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 2:30 pm EDT.Furthermore, our website is equipped with a “Contact Us' feature where an email can be sent any time and is monitored Monday - Friday and answered within 24 business hours of its receipt.Attached please find a copy of our Limited Warranty Statement enclosed with every cover manufactured by Budge Industries and listed on our website at https://www.budgecovers.com/warranty. aspx, You will see our Limited Warranty clearly reads:To have this warranty honored, the original purchaser should return the cover, freight prepaid, along with a copy of the receipt, to Budge Industries LLC., [redacted], Henderson, KY [redacted]. The repaired or replaced cover will be returned to the sender within 45 days of its receipt.Our records indicate [redacted]'s Warranty Replacement Order [redacted] was processed on April 24th, shipped via [redacted] Ground Service Tracking Number [redacted] and delivered on April 28th.Thank you for letting us know of the difficulty and we will certainly increase our vigilance to be sure the consumers view and comprehend our return policy.Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: dated 5/2, I received the following message that I have not yet replied to:
 Again we extend our  apologies and are very sorry you feel this way!  All items packaging is clearly labeled at the point of purchase with an American Flag and labeled “Proudly Made in the USA”  or “Made in China” As indicated we have sent you a cover made from [redacted]’s [redacted] material. Would you like us to contact [redacted] and have the cover returned rather than receive the product and discard or return the shipment?
This is my response:
While your response is appreciated, it is actually quite laughable considering the verbiage you chose to use. To say that it makes a difference where the product is made clearly shows Budge does not care about its name and certainly not any potential customer. What difference does it make where it is made? If you know China is making an inferior product, then choose another place to do it better. What is the standard because it appears there truly is none. The customer, like myself, would not care if it was made in an old man's shed with a pot belly stove to keep it warm inside; no matter what it cost nor where it is made, if you put your name on it, stand behind it. You should be ashamed AND you should be fired for such remarks. :`) 
I'm just serious.
Sure, you can contact [redacted] and forward to me a shipping label that I can print and I will prepare it for [redacted] to pick up. Please. Again, there will be no need to replace it. Having stated that 2 covers have failed me, the latter in 1/10th the time, an 1 time upgrade should not have been out of the question. But if Budge has stated China makes inferior product on behalf of Budge, why would I willingly accept something that I've already been told I should not have purchased it in the first place? Someone has answered through Revdex.com and stated it could be returned to be replaced. This response will be sent to the Revdex.com, as well.
