a customer of ours since we started in When the father brought his Bosh dishwasher to us they had taken the water inlet valve off and lost the gasket that goes on the inside of the valve it is a special gasket that you cannot buy at any hardware store it is part of the water valve itselfThe customer took the water valve apart which they are not made to come apart as they will not reseal so you will have a leaky watervalve so we had to replace it in order to test run the dishwasher that inlet was a factory order takes to days to receive itI have no control over shipping of partsWe kept Mr.and Mrs. *** informed during this whole process.When we received the inlet in it was installed in the dishwasher, the pump was making a load noise informed the ***s that they would need a new pump .Mr.& Mrs*** agreed (the mother & father) and we replaced the pumpThe dishwasher was still not draining the water so our conclusion was that the main control board was out up to this point my tech had spent hours on this dishwasher.At that time Mrs.*** came in and I informed her we found, and asked if she wanted to put more money into the dishwasher, they would be looking at another couple hundred dollars.So I left the decision up to Mrs.*** at that time I told her to let me know what they decide to do in regards to the repair.She asked me how much they owed to date and I told her it was $plus tax for the diagnostic, we had already spent hour on this dishwasher plus the new parts we put into itMrs.*** was not told she could not have her dishwasher back it is still here with her parts installed we took the new parts back out.The father or mother can come and get their dishwasher anytime; I request that the son does not as he was rude and very disrespectful to my husband on the phone.We have someone here that can load it for themI never did here back what they wanted to do so the dishwasher does not get junked out till I hear from the customer or it's after days.The customer worked on this dishwasher before he brought to us.You can contact any appliance service company and they will tell you the same thing that I have stated in regards to the water inlet valve gasket that is inside the valve.I will not refund the $as that would have been charged weather we fDCed the unit or not.If you have any questions please call Denise P*** at 509-454-am here to 5 Tuesday-Friday and Saturday 11-3Thank YouDenise C P***
