I took my Chrysler Sebring to Budget Auto Shop with a complaint of 3rd and 4th gear ratio errorsMy vehicle was put through a computer diagnostic check, with the outcome being that everything was "OK"*** had no idea what the issue was, but guaranteed me "he knew what he was doing", and it "was not my transmission"At the end of the first day I was sent home and told to return the following day since business was closingLong story short, this went on with me returning for a week with no repair to my car*** said he would try the process of elimination and began to replace various parts, a piggytail, camshaft sensor and crankshaft sensor at a cost of $dollarsThis cost had been reduced by my calling to get costs at a different location than what they had quoted which was doubleAfter day seven, with the replaced parts, my car was not fixed and I was told in order to take my car home with me I would have to pay the $dollarsI paid and took my vehicle home (UNREPAI

Came here a couple times now and they've been great each timeReally consistent and I now know I can rely on their great serviceThey do a great job explaining everything and making me feel comfortableThey're also very sensitive to the fact I'm on a budget and take good care of me when it comes to pricing and being honest about what I can put off for later

I took my Buick Regal in for service repair, for the first time at Budget Auto Repair and Transmission, on Monday, August 21, I initailly took it in to have the air conditioner repaired, the front break pads replaced; and to have a complete vehicle engine inspection
on August 21, Mr*** advised us of the repairs needed after diagnostic tests were performed He assured us car was drivablewe drove it home; and later, my son, *** took the Buick Regal to pick up his firendUnbeknowing to ***, the car at that time had left a pool of fluid on the friends drivewayHe proceeded to travel odd miles to come to a complete stop just off the freewaythe car had overheatedI, ***, came to the aid of my son, ***, and took a look at what could be the problemThats when I noticed the cap was missing from the radiatorI strongly feel It was the reason for the overheating and I had to now call Tripple A on the same day it was reapaired (8-21-17) to have the c

As for the Revdex.com Complaint for Mr***, ID 12349821, here’s the current status: I personally spoke with Mr*** today and we’re in the process of attempting to resolve the matterThere is new information since the vehicle was in our shop, in that it was repaired at another shopWith that,
Mr*** has promised to drop off tomorrow a copy of that other shop’s invoice and documentation of findings and repair. I will review the paperwork as soon as I receive itIn the meantime, I will personally view our surveillance video that, I’m told, clearly shows our technician properly reinstalling the cooling system cap. I will also poll our staff and review our own documentation to gain a full understanding of everything that transpiredThat all being said, in summary, right now this is a work in progress as to our efforts to resolve the issue satisfactorily and amicablyIf everything goes as expected, I hope to have conclusion one way or another within the next couple of daysOf course, I will email you any updates and the final disposition of this complaint Please feel free to contact me with any questions or if anything is needed from me between now and the next update Best regards, *** ***
