She needed work done and had little money to do repairsSo we went the cheap route for her and we turned rotors and put on medium grade brake padsShe came back complaining about her brakes making noisesI removed the back tires and inspected them and didn’t see any issues, so I removed the front
tires and inspected them alsoI double checked lubrication in spots neededI also applied an nti squeal dampener on the back side of the brakes and it helps stop the squealing noiseI took it out and drove it again and I had never heard a peep out of the brakesIf I can’t hear it, I can’t find itAll we did what was she actually needed fixedI have no understanding or clue why she is filing a complaint, she has become an irritantI have bent over backwards for herYou can’t even get a brake job in this town for $I drove it four times and never have heard a noise out of her brakesShe said twice when she left they sounded fineAgain, I did what I could to help her, but I have not heard any squealing noise

The customer brought the car from a repair shop in Texas that damaged the valve cover gasketThe customer purchased his own valve cover and we tried to get correct the stripped cover gasketWe explained we don't do this type of work on BMWs and he understoodWe did the work and a week or so later
he returned the car to point out problems but we could not get to it right then and he left with the carLater in the Revdex.com complaint we found out the customer purchased the wrong valve cover
