This is the worst company possible....so rude..so aggressive and irresponsible..they asked for the deposit and never do anything after get the deposit...put you on stand by for ever and never reimburse your deposit.....never ever do businesses with these guys
At first a guy (***) called me and he talked so nice and gave me a quot and tome that he can ship my vehicle but after they get the deposit they start showing their reality...such a rude guy...just give you f* words.....I have never ever put negative rank for a company but these guys deserved to be sued and jailed for what they have been doing! I am wondering why FBI and police don't look after these scammers!

despite repeated reassurances by XXXXXX that every carrier he worked with had insurance coverage for up to $75k he then booked our vehicle on a transport to Colorado with an unlicensed and uninsured carrier by the name of AB & Father (located both in Hialeah FL and Kansas City MO)
after the carrier missed their delivery date they began concocting stories about a tire blow out, then a mechanical failure on their truck at which point I requested the location of my vehicle so I could come collect it
XXXXXX threaten to block my calls, insulted me, and hung up on my fiance who attempted to request the location of our vehicle from his as well - to say that he was unprofessional is an understatement, I would say it was closer to the true to say that he behaved in a thuggish manner, and went as far as to say that they could hold my car indefinitely
After threatening to get the police involved we were told by XXXXXX that the auto transport vehicle operated by AB and Father was involved in a hit and run accident with our vehicle bearing the brut of the damage and it had been rendered inoperable
XXXXXX stopped all communication with us and our insurance company at this point
at this point we request to have our vehicle released to our insurance provider on the spot and a copy of the police report from the accident so we could begin repairs
the operators of AB and Father have still not released our car to us or shared the location of the vehicle and after admitting to not having insurance informed us that they intended to repair our car against our specific direction to return the car to us immediately
now that the police auto crimes department are involved they believe that AB and Father and Budget are working together to defraud customers and that we are one of a number of customers caught in their web
Spoke with a person who claimed to be the owner on the phone to help resolve a problem my daughter was having with them in making arrangements in shipping her car. They took a deposit and did not follow through in the time promised. Since my daughter was moving with the military, she and her husband requested a quick response and confirmation on the exact shipping date which they were told it would not be a problem at the time and the took her money. When the company did not follow through in the time promised to confirm the shipping date, my daughter called to cancel but they would not refund her money nor remove her car from the shipping registry which made it difficult to find another company to ship the car. Her husband tried calling but the women just laughed refused to refund the money. When I tried to call on their behalf, the woman told me not to waste her time and hung up on me. My daughter and her husband ended up having to sell their car since they did not have the time to
