Worst so called sales man ever!! More like slow abusive slug!!! It took weeks for Nathan to be able to AFFORD my tabs and transfer! He tried to make up by giving me his dealer plate( which is illegal) but I had no choice so I nicely complied and went on my wayNathan said he would have my tabs by the net Wednesday ( weeks past the days the law gives a car dealer) but I worked with him and felt bad with the "I have kids and it's slow this time of year" bs he spewed out of his hole he calls a mouth! So he says he should be able to "sell" a car and have the money by than to get tabs!!! Nope I don't call or bother him at all until the next mo day after the Wednesday passed Nathan says he will have this week! I kinda giggle and say ok and go about my dayWell Nathan text messages me this morning telling me he has my tabs and he needs his dealer plate back and a 100$ thanks owed!!!! I message him no way will I pay him 100$ for something he took forever getting and since he was paid by the bank for the car and had cashed the check weeks ago and somehow did my have the money to transfer title that was his problemThis "man" tried to hold my plates and take his dealer plates off my car( mind U I had funny feeling about him from day one and had a small vision something funny was about to happen so I was on guard thankfully) I take the dealer plates off my car and sit in my car until the police came(I just called them when he tried to pull this funny crap!) Nathan stands in my door so I can not shut the door, I ask him to move please he replay "that's not ur property! Give me my dealer plate now!" I said I will give back when police get here or when U hand over my plates that u have already been plaid for!!! Nathan reaches inside my car an tried to take my keys out of my running car and cuts my hand when he breaks my key chain, I I push him out and warn him to stay away from me the police are on their way! He starts crying and throwing a fit than I asulted him and it's all on camera!!! I laugh and said r u stupid? U came into my personal space and entered my car cutting my hand in the process of trying to steal my car keys from my running car!!! He moved his "body" from my personal space so I shut my door and start backing up( no plates on my car so I can't leave but I am on the phone again with police telling them he has asulted me and I am pulling off his property and will be out front of his business) Nathan starts running after my car and flings my door open almost hitting another van on his lot while I'm backing up! I shut my door and pull out front while the police on the phone hearing all of this!! After taking pictures of my hand and asking if I want to press charges(hell yes) they give me my plates and tell me they know I'm at work and are gonna get me on my way fast so I'm not missing work due to his bull crap!! I hand the police his dealer plate and tell them to have a nice day as I drive by to work with no plates on my car (in my front seat but I have no time or tools now but police here were awesome!!) I got a call later from police who is getting a copy of the tape to send to state and will press charges! This man Nathan that is the owner of his shady business is crazy and obv has a childish mentality of asulting his customers when he don't like the situation!! I'm the wrong one.!!! If you want drama and long drawn out car sales and finding out ur sales man (Nathan owner)didn't change the title of ur car after weeks when u go down to get tabs urself than have to illegally drive more weeks with his dealer plates to be assaulted and afraid to even go to another dealer now.!!!!

Very sneaky and tried to play games from the first day we delt with him, marking down on the bank paper work we gave him 1000$ when in fact we traded a van in for down payment!!! Telling us not to give the bank correct milliage on the car!!! Total scammer and abusive human!!! Bad customer service and very bad car dealer!!!

I had purchased vehicles from hereEveryone of them had minor issues that were supposed to be fixed after the sale but never wereI ended up fixing them myselfThe 3rd and final vehicle had the transmission fail days after the sale and the owner of the dealership said at first bring it in and we'll take care of itOnce I trailered the car all the way back to his shop he said it was up to me to pay for the replacement The vehicle never was fixed and the bank made him buy it backI traded vehicles in on it and he told me I couldn't have them back because I signed the contractFunny part is he told me to lie to the bank and tell them that I put cash down not tradesSo now I have no paper trail and leagally they're his because I signed the titles overTheir office and shop are a complete messSome paperwork (title transfer) does not get filed in a timely manner or at allWe drove one of the vehicles for about months without licence plates as we were waiting for the dealer to contact us when he received themIn my opinion this dealer is very shady and will take advantage of the situation to his benefitBuyer beware!

But he says he could not ultimately reach an agreement with the customer, and ended discussions with Ms [redacted]'s father when the tone became confrontational.
Mr [redacted] says it is unfortunate that Ms [redacted] is not fully satisfied with her purchase, but emphasizes that the vehicle was purchased "as is" for about $850, and that Budget Auto declines to offer further assistance at this time.

It is not satisfying that he chose to put me and my children in danger. The main issue I have had is that the vehicle frame could have chose to rust apart going down the highway with all 4 of my children in the vehicle. It does not matter on the price of a vehicle when it comes to the dealer providing an unsafe vehicle. "As Is" does not mean endanger life's to make a quick buck. If he has chose to do this to a single mother of 4...how many others has he taken advantage of. I did pay for a rental vehicle from him for 1 week due to figuring something out. I owned said vehicle for a little over 2 months. Not only did he not insure the saftey of the vehicle as in the condition of the frame but also the drivers seat moved back and forth while driving also periodically causing me to have to pull over to prevent me from causing and accident due to being pinned between the steering wheel and the drivers seat. I feel that he hide many issues and Saftey Hazzards in order to make his money. "AS IS" should not be allowed when it comes to road saftey.
