We do not have a customer with this name We do have a customer at this address The contractual participant has not filed a complaint, nor has she returned countless phone calls and emails The original customer was given, in writing, a sales order that clearly states all sales are final This is attached This was communicated at the original appointment, at the installation and at a subsequent follow up visit At both the installation and the follow up appointment the customer refused to pay final balance even though there was no product defect We made several phone calls to collect final payment, they were unanswered and not returned We sent several emails detailing her contractual obligation for payment These received no written response The issuer of this complaint only began communication with our office once we tried to collect on a past due account He was informed, in writing, that since he was not a participant in the contract, we could not resolve the issue with him directly He was not present at any of the three visits we made to the residence nor does he understand the customer’s contractual obligation to pay for custom window treatments He has made several verbal threats toward our company if we failed to credit him for the product he no longer wished to have installed in his home The issuer of this complaint is not the contractual participant We regret that the actual customer did not return our call or emails but chose to have an independent party contact us with threats We hope the customer will call our office, on her own behalf, to resolve this amicably
