was initially referring to in his complaint, is being resolved. Unfortunately when we do rebates through our vendors, they are completed through an outsourced rebate company (The [redacted]), hired by the company offering the rebate ([redacted]). Unless the client lets us know that they have not gotten their rebate, we are unaware.I reached out to Mr [redacted] at least 5 times since receiving the complaint from you and he finally got back to us yesterday. I was quite relieved as I believe I provided the [redacted]'s excellent customer service. Please forward this to her as well. I recently filed a compliant with the Revdex.com in regards to being told I would not receive a promised rebate of $250 for my December purchase. I was under the impression I was dealing with an extension of your Company called the [redacted] Group in regards to the rebate/issue. They were extremely rude and unfortunately caught me on the wrong day. I handled the matter improperly and I want to apologize for that. In the process of finalizing the build of my home, we had a handful of issues with multiple vendors (including this one) and some issues with the builder and I flew off the handle. I took it out on everyone including you guys with the rebate and the Revdex.com. I should have called [redacted] directly, but I honestly thought I was dealing with your Company and not an outsource group that you work with. Being in sales, I didn't think she would want to mess with this concern anyway. I will call the Revdex.com as soon as I have a free minute when they are open this week and tell them that I expect payment at some point in the near future and I am satisfied that the issue will be resolved.  I think you need to respond to them, so you can show them this email if you want to. I am at a client all week and not in a place where I can talk openly, thus I wanted to quickly send this note.  The blinds are great, [redacted] was great, I just couldn't handle the [redacted] Group. Again, sorry about the way I reacted to the problem. It wasn't appropriate given how we were treated everywhere else in the transaction. [redacted]
