Refunded customer deposit on her credit card
Review: Purchased draperies for my home and paid $500 down paymenton April 1, 2015 and was told they would be installed in 6 weeks which was originally mid May. This is July 8, 2015 and I have no draperies and I get no response from [redacted], owner. The only thing he has emailed me is that part of the drapery material was not in And that was in June. Then I had to wait for the drapery rod and was told they would be installed July 1. No call and no email and no installation. I then emailed him and told him that July 6, 7 or 8 would be good installation dates. Never heard from him. I have now asked for a refund of my down payment and I still get no email response from him. I am asking for cancellation of this purchase and refund in a timely manner. I have given Jeremy more than enough time and patience and I have only heard from him twice and that was due to prompting from me.
