They business took 12 weeks to get the blind in and we had to call them to have them track it down. They also have a window blind that is under lifetime warrently that was taken by their sales agent and still has to be reinstalled. We had to call them 12 times to get that and someone just dropped it off in the front lawn. We want the lifetime warrantly blind for the bay window reinstalled asap, which means by the end of Aug. Review: I bought blinds several years ago with a lifetime warranty. I purchased a new blind and it took them 12 weeks to get the blind and I had to call to have them track it down. They took the old blind and now they can't find it to replace it on my window. The consultant that took it never followed through. Been try to call Jeff and the office and they won't return my calls. I want my life time warranty blind put back in ASAPDesired Settlement: I want my blind replaced as was promised.
