paid $1808.00 for two blinds in my patio. they are the wrong blinds. one does not go up and down. called 6 times, no results.
we bought blinds for our house, two for the patio. we paid a total of 4001.29. the two blinds in the patio are just the wrong type. one of them will not go up and down, we have called BUDGET BLINDS OVER SIX TIME AND KEEPS TELLING US HE WILL BE THERE IN TWO DAYS, HIS NAME IS CRISS C AND HE HAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF OUR AGE. WE ARE BOTH IN OUR 70'S. PLEASE HELP US. WE BOUGHT THEM LAST YEAR AT 12-28-2016. HE DID NOT INSTALL UNTIL MONTHS LATER.
I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK ON THE BLINDS THAT DON'T WORK. $1804.00

One of Mr. Blinds had a broken part. Due to changes in installers and out of country vacation, this matter took too long to resolve. The vendor had difficulty locating and sending the needed part. When Mr. called me on sept. 21 very upset I offered to refund his money for the blind the next day and he accepted. On Sept 22 I hand delivered a check along with an apology for the delay. He accepted and we shook hands. The matter should be resolved.

HE GAVE ME BACK MY MONEY ON ONE BLIND THAT WAS BROKEN BUT i'M STILL STUCK WITH A BLIND THAT I CAN NOT USE. JUST DON'T WANT TO CLOSE THIS MATTER. I WILL HAVE TO TRY TO SELL THE OTHER BLIND.
