This is in response to the letter I received concerning a concern filed by *** *** ID# ***I received some artifacts from Mr*** asking me to list them on my website for saleHe said I could sell them by the piece or as a groupI informed Mr*** that artifacts sales were down and
it might be difficult to sell them right now which was back in and it might take quite a while for them to sell, his response was that he needed the money and would I try to get rid of them for him and I agreed to do thatHe never knew what price to set on them and ask me what I thought what would they sell for and I told him we would set the price at fair market value and then we could come down if necessarySeveral months went by with no offersThen I had a customer call me and said he would take them as a group and that's when Mr*** contacted me inquiring if anyone had contacted me to buy them and I told Mr*** that I had a potential buyerThe buyer backed out and another customer called weeks later and told me he wanted to buy them and that's when I sent Mr*** the email telling him that I had another buyer and that I would send him the $in good faith and that I was sure this buyer would take themAs it turned out this buyer backed out also so I called Mr*** and told him this and I asked him what he wanted to doHis reply was "I need the money and I don't want the artifacts back so see what you can get for them"I told him that if he was willing to take $for them That I would go ahead and send him the $that I was going to send him from my email to him and I would buy them from him at that price and he agreed to that priceAnd so I sent him a cashiers check for $and I have the copy of it in my recordsAnd as you can see they are still on my website and have not sold to this day and I have no idea when they will, but they are paid in full and I owe him nothingSincerely yours, John R***

To Whom it may concern,We were hired by Mr. [redacted] Kenner, to do tree trimming work on his property on Thursday, February 11, 2016. On Wednesday February 17, 2016, we received a call from Mr. [redacted] that his neighbor, Mr. [redacted] had come to him complaining that we...

damaged his gutter while performing the work on Mr. [redacted] property. Upon meeting with Mr. [redacted] and seeing the damage to his gutter I was able to determine that the damage had been there for some time already and had previously been painted over. There was also damage to the gutter in several other spots. I explained this to him and informed him that we were not going to replace the gutter and we parted ways. I went over the job with my foreman and was assured that the crew had not done any damage to Mr. [redacted] gutters and the work actually took place in an area opposite from the area that he is saying we damaged. I apologize if Mr. Estopinal feels that I was rude in any way as that was certainly not my intention. Accidents can happen on any job and when they do we always do our best to repair/replace any damage that was caused by us in a timely manner.
