Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Poor business practices I tried calling to resolve this matter in person but to no avail Now that I filed a complaint with Revdex.com, you decided to call me and send me a check in the mail for half the amount back It is not about the money but the principle of the matter at hand I did not ever confirm an agreement to provide services to my lawn I did ask to inquire about the cost of the service but was told they wouldn't only be able to provide me with an estimate as they have not seen my lawn That was not good enough to proceed on my part not knowing what I would be charged The next thing I know I am billed almost a year later for a service in July Why didn't you call me? Why did you wait so long? Why, if you did perform a service to my lawn didn't you follow up with me as I would have been a new client Absolutely, nothing on your end A full refund would be a start Then I would change some of the ways you handle your clients and billing Regards, [redacted]

We are sorry for the communication problems our customer encountered.  We have tried to contact our customer multiple times the past week to discuss this matter, because we would like to see it resolved.  Our records show that we contacted our customer on 7/22/2013 and the mowing was...

requested to be done on 7/23 or 7/24.  We completed the mowing on 7/23.  Our database shows that a statement was sent to our customer in Aug, Sept, Oct, and Nov.  It is very uncommon in the lawn care industry to require signed contracts.  The main reason is that many times people will call and request service immediately.  The process of getting a signed contract from each of our customers would slow down the service time. We would lose customers to other companies that do not require this.  We have been in business for nearly 30 years and currently service over 80,000 customers.  Naturescape would not risk their reputation by doing service for customers that did not request it.  This account has recently been paid, and there will be no negative credit problems from [redacted].  As a show of good faith Naturescape will refund half of the amount paid.  We hope this will resolve this matter, and again we apologize for any possible communication problems.thank you

Naturescape would like to apologize again for any communication problems our customer experienced.  All of our customers are extremely important to Naturescape.  Whenever a customer calls it is necessary that they are responded to quickly.  I apologize that this didn't happen.  Our records show that the mowing was sold, and several statements were mailed to our customer.  If any of that information is incorrect, we apologize.  Naturescape strives to be accurate, but we acknowledge that sometimes mistakes are made.  As a show of good faith we will refund the entire amount paid by the customer for the mowing.  Further we will stress the importance of accuracy with all employees involved in this matter to avoid any future problems.  Again we are sorry for any problems our customer may have encoutered.Thank you
