Budget Blinds Of Raleigh/Wake Forest Reviews (3)

I initially came in to attempt to get back into my rhythm of being back in the gym I signed up before I left for Las Vegas on a business trip on FebI arrived back Feb 13thDuring my first basic warm up just stretching and walking I notice my back is troubling me still from the injury that I had months agoSo I decided to cancel the membership which I sent out by certified mail on Febas listed in the agreementPer the Agreement it states I have business days to cancel the membershipI called there 1-# to verify the cancellation and this company is trying to tell me weekends count as a business day when their corporate office isn't even open on the weekendsIts also states on their agreement that Business days excluded Holidays and WeekendsOne agreement has it and the other doesn'tStay away from this company they have customer service skills and they can't even follow their own contractsMaking up rules as you go is not a way to run a professional busi

We were charged $for February software fees when we had cancelled our software agreement with the company in JanuaryAfter numerous emails and phone calls to various representatives of *** Fitness we have yet to receive a response from anyone at the companyWe request a refund for the full amount $back to us immediately

The company charged me too much, I cancelled order. My card was charged. I contacted them to fix and they said see you in court.I realized I had been charged too much so I called and left a message to cancel the order. As I never heard from them again I assumed it was taken care of. I contacted the business with my issues and was told they would take me to court. [redacted] didn't even try to speak with me to find a resolution.Desired SettlementI was charged too much for the requested product so I called to cancel the order. I didn't hear from them again. When I saw that my card had been charged anyway I contacted [redacted] and her response to me was she would take me to court. I would have been willing to find a solution but working with customers doesn't seem to be on their radar.Business Response This customer placed an order on 5/22/14. She had given us a credit card and asked to pay in full. She had signed the contract as well as a sales checklist confirming line by line of what she ordered including the price.I contacted the customer on 5/26/14 to inform her that her credit card kept coming up declined, but we assured her the order was not being held up and was already ordered. She informed me that her bank in [redacted] would be called to correct the situation. The card continued to be declined. Several calls were placed to the client, messages could not be left as she did not have a mail box set up. My sales consultant had to knock on her door to inform her of the declined credit card and our inability to reach her by phone. Again the client said she would call her bank. On 6/10/14, I was able to get a $500. deposit from her card, and then the card was declined thereafter to be paid in full. Her order arrived on 6/11, and the installer was unable to reach her.The client reports on 6/30 that she called and left a message to cancel her order and would like her money back. No message was ever received. I wrote the client that NC law states she had 3 business days to cancel the order, our contract states she must do it in writing, and I must in turn accept in writing. Our contract also states all sales are final and all deposits are non refundable. This client states she had worked for a Budget Blinds in another state, and should be fully aware of our business practices. My warehouse contains her order, and my intent to abide by the contract and have the order installed, and receive the balance remaining. The client was fully aware of the products she chose, as well as the cost which included a 40% discount because she was a former Budget blinds employee.
