If this wasn't being paid for by a third party, I would have ordered and fixed the tv myselfMy claim was put in on December
26thNow here I am weeks later with no TV and no ETA on when it will be completeI was told the part was ordered weeks ago
but when I call, no one seems to have an idea of what is going onI would never spend my own finances on such horrible service

12/A tech finally showed up.I was told they would be there by 3:00.3:he finally showed upThe tech come into the room the TV is in and did not check to see what was working vsnot working on the TV and then took the whole mother board and leftI called the Tech back and asked why did you take the whole mother board? He then read the work order to me over the phoneIt stated to get the number off the mother board he said he red it wrong and said he needed to call the office and then me backHe never a called me back but did bring the mother board back and put it back in the TVHowever he did not recheck the TV after he put the mother board back inAnd just leftMy son then hooked the Direct TV and such back into the TV only for find the once working TV now did not have sound making it a TV he could no longer even use.12/I called the repair company to speak about the unprofessional service

Was lead to believe that I would be getting services that were bait and switched or not fulfilled as promisedSalesperson promises everything you want to hear but actual "coach" has no idea what I have been promisedThought I was getting a coach and mentor that I could trust but all I got were people taking advantage of my trust and ignoranceBilled $16,for a shell of a website, access to webinars and coachingServices paid for were not renderedSigned financial agreement out of trust and ignorance because they kept saying they were "working on it" Asked for partial refund almost immediately when I discovered that they were billing me twice for the same services by two different people that were only half-assed accomplishedThey offer a %satisfaction guarantee but they won't honor itThey (Dave S***) just offer more coachingTheir coaches just want you to sell on ebay and watch webinars, but I am trying to build a website, that they want me to give up onThen they
