Optom Security ran a credit check, with a hard inquiry, without my consent and has yet to produce a letter to submit to credit bureaus for over 3+mo
First of all, I am not a client or customer of Optom Security I had a salesperson come, unsolicited, to my house around October
I wound up canceling my appointment with them because they were extremely aggressive to pursue a potential contract with my family
About a year later I noticed they ran my credit, without my authorization I told each of the (3) security system companies that came by that I was only interested in a rough quote for their services WITHOUT running my credit, knowing that any deal would be predicated on a successful credit score I have rebuilt my credit after many years through college and am VERY protective of itI am 100% confident that did NOT give ANY company to run my credit
