The owner is currently advertising sales of up to 30% off however she has instructed and told her sales people that they are not allowed to give more than 10% off.
This sounds like false advertising to me when she is knowingly advertising 30% but not allowing anyone to go more than 10%.
I am wishing and asking for the business to start practising good business behaviour by doing one of two things 1) to start allowing her sales people to give up to 30% off 2) change your advertising to reflect 10%.

Our advertising is completed through a professional agency and meets the requirements for consumer ads.
Our ads do state 'Up To 30% Off' as well as 'Restrictions Apply'. The current promotion includes a discounting structure based on the suggested retail value of the order placed. The consultants are authorized to give up to 30% off of the order based on the suggested retail value of the order.
We cannot locate in our records where we have had interactions with this client or have priced any of our products. We are always happy to work with clients to suggest products that are within their budget and strive to offer promotions that are attractive and fair to consumers.
We are very pleased with the installation of roller blinds. The attendant was knowledgable and brought samples. they came when promised. The install went smooth. The price was reasonable and within budget. I would recommend to others.","pos-1
I called Budget Blinds on March 14 and requested to have a consultation for my new home in which I needed blinds for every window. The Lady who answered the phone took my name and number and said someone would call me back right away. No one called me back. I then filled out the online form requesting a consultation on March 15, no one contacted me. Since no one from Budget Blinds wanted to help me. I ended up ordering blinds from [redacted] The blinds arrived and they are exactly as I hoped they would be. They were cheap and installation was so easy, I hung them all while my husband was at work. I will never recommend Budget Blinds. When you contact them twice and no one contacts you back that is poor business practice. They did me a favour in the end cause I probably saved a lot of money anyways. ","neu-1
