We sold [redacted] window coverings on 7/17/2015. We installed the window coverings on 8/24/2015. One shade came in the wrong size. We re ordered that shade on 8/25/2015. The new shade arrived on 9/8/2015. We installed the new shade on 9/18/2015. After we were all done with the install we tried...
to collect the balance due for the window coverings. We left messages every week and no calls back. On 2/29/2016 the first invoice was sent out. We finally received a call back from [redacted] stating she had 2 blinds that needed replaced but thought we went out of business so she used another company to replace them. At that time we reinsured [redacted] that we were still in business and needed to pay her remaining balance. She refused to pay. We sent three more invoices with no response. I called her one last time to tell her I was sending this remaining balance to collections. [redacted] responded with this complaint to the Revdex.com.
Our family has been in the window covering industry for over 30 years. We always strive to have the best products and the best customer service.
We have no problem replacing any shades that are not working properly.
We can not settle for a lower amount.
$329 and $346 are retail prices. [redacted] received 40% off those prices making her disputed cost $408.00
