This company is TERRIBLE if I could give all ZERO stars I would! I spent almost $500 of flowers for my wedding and when they were sent to me (after OVER a month longer than it was said) they were not like the pictures on their website! They had these terrible lilly pad looking things that looked SO fake. I reached out to customer service and they said they could fix them, no problem, if I sent them back. I was also told I would be reimbursed the shipping back. After over 2 weeks of no contact I reached out to check in, I was then told that I would be getting a full refund and that they are not fixing my flowers for me. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. They said they could fix the flowers then once they get the product back they refuse and gave me a refund with NO communication. And I have not been refunded my shipping. They have now STOPPED responding to my emails. This is unacceptable and unprofessional for a company that charges as much as they do.

The flowers themselves are nice, not bad for the price. I ordered the Amazon Collection which featured gold foliage and purple and white flowers, I got it customised to have dark purple and ivory roses (my dress is ivory) which was all confirmed by the lady I emailed by the name of Brandi. However when I received the flowers the gold foliage looked nothing like was pictured on the website and worse of all the didn't replace the white roses with ivory roses. When I emailed them about the mistake they refused to acknowledge the mistake they made and just said if I was unhappy with the flowers to send them back AT MY OWN COST even though it was their mistake. I live in Australia so posting back the package would cost me a lot and I can't afford that on top of what I already paid for the flowers. After explain that and asking if there was any other way in another email days ago I have yet to hear anything back from them. Its really disappointing to be treated like that during a very stressful time.

Review: On july 25/13 I made a purchase from budget bride for some flowers for my wedding. The total price including delivery was 312.00. I purchased the flowers with my visa card and when I contacted the bank to ask for my balance they told me that budget bride charged me an additional 9.36 cents and im not sure why. I emailed budget bride and they told me that my bank took it for their pockets and that they company have nothing to do with it. I spoke to the branch manager and they told me that budget bride charged me that fee because it was in canada. I was upset because on the company website it doesn't state that I would b charged an international fee. Now I emailed the company on aug 5 and asked them when will my flowers be arriving and they said between aug16-23 and that when they send them that I will receive an email stating that the flowers are on their way. On 8/16/13 I emailed the company asking them if they sent my package out and they told me that on 8/15 the package was delivered by usps. I told them that I never signed for a package nor did I ever receive the package nor received an email stating my package was sent! Now I work and was at work that day so when I got home there was no package for me only junk mail in the box. I explained to the company why wouldnt they have a signature required for the package if a customer is paying that much money for a product. Also if I live in an apartment why would the mail carrier leave the package if no one is home? Now I have a wedding coming up in sept and thats the reason y I ordered the flowers. Now I requested a refund back into my account because I feel that the company was negligence on their behalf with their delivery options and budget bride is giving my a hard time refunding me my money back into my account so that I can purchase flowers before my wedding in sept. they said they put in a case investigation wit the usps about my package! I just want my refund so I can get flowes frm another company before my wedding! Help me get my $$$$$Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for a product I didnt get also my international fee I was charged and I will never use this company again! They was at fault for their delivery policy and I shouldn't have to wait if their company was at negligence! I just want my money asap so that I can order flowers from a different company before my wedding! I don't have time to wait on them!! This is very frustrating and my time is limited, I shouldn't have to suffer or have a horrible wedding because of this company.

The customers wedding flowers according to the USPS tracking info were delivered to the address she provided - we opened an investigation - which takes 24 - 48 hours - to find out where the package is. We are hoping to re-unite the customer with her order. If after the post office investigates and the box has not been found we will issue her a refund.

The international transaction fee the customer was charged is a charge her bank imposes - and collects.

I disagree with what the company is stateing. If they claim the package was delivered how come I never recieved it? When the company stated in my email that they will send me a notification email when the package was sent why didnt they fullfill their company promise or policy? why did they deliver them a day before they told me? The pacakge was scheduled to be delivered between 8/16-8/23... I dont want to ever deal with this company again becase they lie to their cuatomers with false inforrmation. This company needs to meet better delivery options if a customer pays so much for their product.. I just want a full refund and I refuse to ever deal with company. Poor service... as far as the international fee it stayes on my statement international fee hk and its from budget bride. I dont think I should have to wait on my refund because the company was neglegent. I have a wedding coming up and dont have time to just wait!!!

This company was extremly unprofessional. I ordered a sample in May. I received it on time and it was beautiful. I went ahead and spent close to 300$ between shipping and my order. I received the flowers and they were NOTHING like the sample I received and paid for. They were hard as cardboard and did not resemble roses. When I wrote to them about this issue, they said that the flowers I received in my sample are not available until mid to late July. However, the did not tell me that they were going to be changing the flowers I was receiving. The company was rude and sarcastic to me and several times ignored my questions completely. I am highly unsatisfied with their business.

Review: I ordered flowers from this website for my wedding on September 7. The order said my items will be shipped within 15 days. I received multiple emails stating that the company was still working on the order and an email that stated they would send me an email with shipping information and a tracking number. It is now past the 15 days and I have not received anything about shipping information. I have emailed the company 4 times asking for a shipping date and when I might expect my purchase, but have had no response. I have tried calling the number but it goes straight to voicemail. They have already taken the money out of my account. I would like the items I purchased, or a refund, or just any sort of response. They were quick to respond when I was doing the custom order, but have now failed to respond once I have paid.Desired Settlement: I would like the flowers I ordered.

This is the customers third order with our company. The first two orders have been received by her and obviously liked. This third order she picked the 15 business day shipping option which is free - and the flowers are scheduled to arrive on September 26, however they arrived one day early from the scheduled delivery date. The flowers were received at 10AM on the 25th of September. Customer received numerous emails updating her on the status of her order along the way. I have no idea why she wrote this complaint.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. My items were delivered; however, I have had problems getting packages before due to theft, which is why I always look for shipping and tracking information on any packages, so that I can make sure I receive them and know when they will be delivered. I like to track my packages to my house, to make sure that I get them. I did not know when they were being delivered because I failed to receive a response from the company. I sent multiple e-mails asking for this information, but never received any response. They were quick to respond, within a couple of hours to previous e-mails when I was placing an order and interested in a purchase. After I placed the order and paid, I only received e-mails stating that the flowers were still being worked on, and that I would get an e-mail when the items were shipped. I never received this e-mail and I never received responses to my e-mails. Luckily, the package was safely delivered to me.

I was very weary of ordering from budget-bride.com when I read some reviews online. What I did notice is that most bad reviews are a few years old. I ordered a $100 package and added 24 add ons which brought me to just under $300. I ordered Sept 26 and my order came on Oct 10. The flowers were perfect for the amount I spent. I did have to trim some of the greenery off because it was a bit too much and looked a little unfinished but the roses themselves were beautiful and I loved the crystal add ins on each flower. The handles were exactly as they looked online. The communication from this company is odd via email as they didn't give me a tracking number so, I was so nervous but, all ended up well. I would recommend them for a bride on a budget. I also spent $2 at my local craft store to add small silver ribbons to some of the items for the men. It seems that maybe this company has made some improvements over the years. I look forward to a great day with beautiful flowers thanks to this business.
