The staff at the Jiles and Cobb Pkwy locations broke my son's turn signal fixture while replacing the bulb and no one within the company will take responsibility to get it repaired Poor business structure, poor management!!!
Took in our vehicle for an oil change at the shop on Barrett Pkwy in Marietta. The technicians kept telling me that if they do not put in synthetic oil for $80 our car's warranty would be voided. After again requesting conventional oil, they stuck with the "warranty will be voided" nonsense. When told that Kia would not void my warranty the technician to me "then have Kia change your oil."
Buyer beware when you are working with these guys. They have less than scrupulous business practices and will attempt to scam you into higher cost service unnecessarily.
