In response to the Business reply, I would like to say that upon further research , we found that they did not complete the actions the finance company requiredthey allowed our loan applications to expirewe did receive a letter from one company saying we were denied but *** *** did not deny us, the application expired due to inactivityWhether we are given what we requested or not, just know that we found out that their job was not done properly and we will discourage anyone from doing business with them in the future to prevent them from the same inconvenience and heartache we encountered

After driving the car for longer than the 3 month 3,000 mile warranty period Mr. [redacted] called and said he had a problem with his vehicle, and...

at that time I referred him to a Chevrolet dealership as the vehicle possibly had manufacturer's warranty still in effect. Mr. [redacted] hasn't contacted the dealership again after being referred to a Chevrolet dealership.

We entered into the agreement with the [redacted] with the written agreement that all of their financing would be subject to the approval of the finance company. Mr. [redacted] signed a bailment agreement that made this very clear. The [redacted] used the vehicle they purchased and made no payments on the...

vehicle while it was in there possession. When the finance company rejected Mr. [redacted]'s application his trade in was returned and the vehicle he purchased was returned to us. We didn't require Mr. [redacted] to pay us for the more than one month he was in possession and use of our vehicle and it is my belief that nothing is owed to him.
