Budget Car Sales & Rentals

Once again, when I was in the office, not once was any information explained to me about the referral until I was asked to meet the car salesman to pick up a check from my co-worker in which I couldn't doAll he talked about was receiving the check and I hung up the phone when he failed to let me know about the referralI've contacted budget car sales several times and was ignored as well as the car salesman and was still ignoredThe only thing was explained to me was what they wanted me to tell the bank of how much money I put down on the car, which was nothingI was told that I was approved over the phone and I could do a trade in on my old car and it never happenedWhen I got to the car lot, [redacted] asked if I could come up with a $down payment and then a $down payment after he told me over the phone that I was already approvedSo I'm not the one being dishonest or causing any confusionHad they been honest from the start, my old car would've still been runningThe referral being explained to me on several occasions, is a lieI have screen shots of every conversation if tried to have regarding this matter Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted] ***

First let the thank Mr [redacted] for driving from Louisville to do business with Budget Car Sales and regardless of the circumstances I am glad that we were able to get you into a nice vehicle We run specials that allow us to take in any trade depending on what type of vehicle you purchase There are to many different scenarios to list when it comes to purchasing a vehicle and we try very hard to help every customer who graces our lot We have never advertised that we can get everyone approved for a new vehicle, but we use many different resources to make it happen if at all possible Please understand that the financing source, whether it is a bank, credit union, etc., ultimately has the final say in the approval of credit for a customer Having said that, thank you again for your business and I hope that we will see you again when you are ready to trade Perhaps at that time we will get the chance to give you the outcome that you desire and you will become a satisfied member of our Budget family Respectfully, [redacted] , owner

I am extremely sorry that your experience with Budget Car Sales was not satisfactory Once the finance company has fundeda vehicle we cannot just "take it back" As we have said before if you are not happy with the vehicle you purchased we will trade you out of it into a vehicle that will be satisfactory to you Respectfully, [redacted]

In response to this matter, It is always explained to customers who refer another buying customer that a referral check is issued once the referred deal has been funded by the lenderIn this particular case, there were several issues encountered in the funding processWe are still waiting

While we do have a high approval rate and help a
lot of people with negative equity, there are different circumstances
surrounding every deal.  Budget Car Sales
has never claimed to be able to help...

everyone in every situation.  In this case, the credit issues and negative
equity were both too extensive for the customer to be able to trade in their
vehicles.  When the customer was informed
of this they still wanted to buy the Silverado. 
The customer was told that we could not trade him out of his old vehicles.  At that point, he wanted to know what his
payments would be with no trade in.  When
given all of the information (i.e. monthly payments, price, interest rate, and
term), the customer agreed to purchase the vehicle.  Paperwork was completed and the customer took
delivery of the vehicle.
While we do not have a refund policy, we will
gladly exchange the vehicle for something else.

 They to start saying in their commercials something different than saying everybody is approve no matter what their credit history is

In regards to this matter, the customers did not meet the minimum job time requirement set by the lender.

So I'm not the one being dishonest or causing any confusion. Had they been honest from the start, my old car would've still been running.  I don't want another vehicle you can screw me over with. Your ads claimed to give $5000 over appraised value of your old trade. Your guys never offered that to me and when I brought it up they avoided the question all together. This truck is Not worth what I was suckered into paying for it. So no I do not want another vehicle from you. [redacted] for the people....WRONG [redacted] for [redacted] period....what your people do is unethical
