Mr [redacted] : Mr [redacted] , I am sorry for the delayed response; it has been a very busy seasonThe purpose of this correspondence is to address your complaint concerning service you received from Budget Climate Control on May 26, I have read your complaint, I would like to address you signed all work was completed to your satisfaction and voluntarily submitted paymentYour signature is beside our Limited Warranty clause which clearly states a limited warranty of daysBudget Climate Control will honor our day warranty policy on swamp coolers if management is aware a problem existYou deprived us of the opportunity to keep you as a customer by not allowing us to analyze the alleged problemYou contracted a different company and in all honesty, I do not know the qualifications of the Technician you hiredBy hiring the other technician you placed me in a situation where I would not be able to determine which work was done by my technician and which work was done by the technician you hired; therefore, how can I possibly fairly compute compensation to you or how can I possibly determine if compensation is dueI would like to address the time frame from work completed by Budget Climate Control to date management was notified of alleged problemWe provided service on May 26, and you contacted management on August 2, alleging we did not complete work to your satisfactionPlease consider my viewpoint; I would be upset if I paid for service and did not receive satisfactory service but I do not believe it is reasonable or fair to report a potential problem to management approximately days after serviceWe do hope you can understand our position, we will not be able to provide a refund due to our day limited policy on swamp coolers and we have no way to determine if our technician failed to provide satisfactory service since a different Technician also provided service on your swamp cooling systemThank you for your attention in this matter.Budget Climate Control Management

signed all work was completed to your satisfaction and voluntarily submitted payment. Your signature is beside our Limited Warranty clause which clearly states a limited warranty of 30 days. Budget Climate Control will honor our 30 day warranty policy on swamp coolers if management is aware a problem exist. You deprived us of the opportunity to keep you as a customer by not allowing us to analyze the alleged problem. You contracted a different company and in all honesty, I do not know the qualifications of the Technician you hired. By hiring the other technician you placed me in a situation where I would not be able to determine which work was done by my technician and which work was done by the technician you hired; therefore, how can I possibly fairly compute compensation to you or how can I possibly determine if compensation is due. I would like to address the time frame from work completed by Budget Climate Control to date management was notified of alleged problem. We provided service on May 26, 2017 and you contacted management on August 2, 2017 alleging we did not complete work to your satisfaction. Please consider my viewpoint; I would be upset if I paid for service and did not receive satisfactory service but I do not believe it is reasonable or fair to report a potential problem to management approximately 68 days after service. We do hope you can understand our position, we will not be able to provide a refund due to our 30 day limited policy on swamp coolers and we have no way to determine if our technician failed to provide satisfactory service since a different Technician also provided service on your swamp cooling system.
