Broke lock on gate to a jobsite of roof we were doing 4 days early of time rented of dumpster and took dumpster with no notice and left property open.
Budget dumpsters dropped dumpster off dumpster on friday. Dec 6 2019 for a 7 day rental at a commercial jobsite gated and padlocked to keep theives out. On monday the 9th driver of budget dumpsters busted lock on gate and took dumpster with out even asking if we were done or even asking for entry with our key. He busted the padlock and took dumpster. My son had went that morning to check tarps to make sure no leaking in building because it rained and was not finished yet. My son found lock busted and dumpster gone. I called to find out what happened and the secretary had owner call me. He asked how we could remedy what his driver did I said a new lock and replace our dumpster they too. We agreed.The next day driver came with lock and wanted us to repay for the new dumpster to be placed. I tried to call owner and they would not answer or return calls. So we had driver leave. Driver laughed and replied oh well their is nothing you can do about it and left. Its been hours and still no response from owner so we had to rerent a dumpster from another company (20yd dumpster for 329$)

Budget Dumpsters had an agreement with *** to rent 4 dumpsters at a discounted rate. The discount of $50 off/dumpster was given due to the number of dumpsters she agreed to rent from us. Our normal 20 yard roofing dumpster rate is $350/dumpster. *** was given the discounted rate of $300/dumpster.
On 12/6 our driver delivered the 3rd box (3 out of 4 agreed upon dumpsters) to ***. Upon delivery, he was told by the workers to return on Monday to swap out the dumpsters. This was the same process that occurred with the first 2 dumpsters that were rented. When the dumpster was picked up it was full to the max capacity that we allow our dumpsters to be.
Our driver did cut the lock, he was reprimanded for that and the lock was replaced right away. Our owner apologized for that and we have taken steps to ensure that it doesn't happen again. When the owner spoke with Ms. he did not tell her that we would deliver another dumpster for free. The dumpster that we picked up was full and additional materials would not fit inside, because of this, we wouldn't have offered to replace the dumpster for free. The agreement was also for 4 dumpsters so Ms. knew she would need more then the 3 she used.
When our driver went to drop off the 4th agreed upon dumpster on Tuesday, we were told they didn't want it if they had to pay. Our driver called to confirm they were still supposed to pay and he was told they were still supposed to pay the $300.
We are sorry for the misunderstanding however we feel the discount Ms *** received without fulfilling the agreement we had is more then fair.
I will never rent from another dumpster business again. The professionalism and customer service was amazing. They even sent a photo of dumpster placement to me since I was working to ensure it was ok with me. They were great!

Almost always a same-day delivery for the dumpsters. Driver puts them in the exact spot that I asked them to every time. Never a hassle, no up charging me at the end and all the employees are polite and friendly. And their prices are outstanding. I would recommend budget dumpsters 100%
