Lousy service [redacted] the service rep came into our house, was extremely rude, shouting at me, arguing, making derogatory commentsAt times I even felt threatened by his demeanor I tried to reach their office to talk to front desk person and to talk to their owner, MikeThey all were same, rude and not wanting to take any responsibilityIt looks like it is in their company's genes Never ever hire this contractor even if you have small amount of work unless you need serious aggravation

On Oct 1, I had a Generac kw standby generator (Model ***, installed by Budget Electric The day after the installation I noticed the unit had a significant (inch over feet) front to back leanI contacted the company and they said they would have someone out in the November 6-timeframe to look at it since thats when they had a crew on this side of townThey missed this appointment and now they say they can't get to me until November 22, by this time the concrete pad is likely to be frozen to the ground

Receipt finally receivedIt was never explicity called out that labeling the panel would be extraHowever, it seems unreasonable to have replaced the panel (which was labeled) and not take the few minutes to copy those labels versus discarding themPlus any electrician I have spoken to since said labeling the panel is part of the job or the job really isn't doneThis isn't a miscommunication it is bad customer service and someone taking advantage of me not being there and making a break for it

I tried to reach their office to talk to front desk person and to talk to their owner, Mike. They all were same, rude and not wanting to take any responsibility. It looks like it is in their company's genes.
Never ever hire this contractor even if you have small amount of work unless you need serious aggravation.

This business is also doing business under the name La Mesa Budget Electric Contractor, Inc. and is using my home address as its location. It is not located at this address and is committing fraud by claiming my house as his business address. He does not have a business license in La Mesa, CA. I have repeatedly requested Bill Lopez to remove my address from his business and he refuses. Now he claims that he doesn't own La Mesa Budget Electric Contractors, which is a lie. Ask yourself, why would he be using my home address fraudulently? Why and who is he hiding from? Why is he lying?
